Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the NarrEx platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. NarrEx is currently available to a limited number of early access users under invitation-only access. Access is granted by NarrEx and may be revoked at any time.
Description of Service
NarrEx is a document verification platform designed for private markets transaction professionals. The platform extracts figures and claims from investment materials and transaction documents, maps them to underlying financial models, and produces structured verification outputs — including credibility assessments for investment review, reconciliation registers for pre-distribution quality control, and risk-rated findings registers for due diligence reporting, depending on the workspace configured for your firm. NarrEx does not provide investment advice, financial recommendations, legal opinions, or audit opinions. All outputs are designed to support, not replace, human judgment and professional review.
Confidentiality of Materials
You are responsible for ensuring that any documents uploaded to NarrEx are materials you have the right to share and process. NarrEx processes uploaded documents solely for the purpose of generating the requested analysis. We do not use uploaded documents to train models. NarrEx uses service providers where necessary to host and operate the platform and to perform AI processing in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Security page. Raw uploaded documents are not retained beyond the period necessary for analysis unless you explicitly opt into document retention.
Accuracy and Limitations
NarrEx uses automated analysis methods including large language model processing to extract and evaluate claims. While we design the system to be accurate and reliable, we do not guarantee that all outputs are correct, complete, or free from error. Scores, verdicts, and findings reflect the system's assessment based on available data and should be treated as one input among many in your professional review process. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NarrEx disclaims liability for investment decisions made in reliance on platform outputs. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law.
Intellectual Property
All NarrEx software, methodology, documentation, and platform content is the intellectual property of NarrEx. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent. You retain ownership of all documents and materials you upload to the platform.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. Any disputes arising from use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.
